Matt Barclay came to Aspex Solutions in April 2008. He brought a wealth of customer service experience to the table, from a variety of industries. His background is mainly in IT service and support- infrastructure support and development, large scale rollouts, asset management, systems analysis and architecture. He has also developed and maintained web content for a variety of applications. His experience is not limited to the technical sphere- he also has experience in university admissions, and in creative and developmental roles in a variety of other areas. This background has given him the knowledge, empathy, and patience required to provide first-class technical support for the education sector.

DR. SAM REESE

Dr. Sam Reese is the lead trainer for Aspex Solutions. In addition to serving in this capacity, Sam is an Associate Professor Emeritus at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. Prior to his tenure at U of I, Sam worked in the field of public education for twenty-four years as a teacher, director, and Assistant Superintendant of Schools. Sam is considered a pioneer and leader in the field of educational technology as he has been published in dozens of books, journals, and periodicals.
Sam holds a Doctoral and Master's degrees from the University of Illinois, a Bachelor's degree from Eastern Illinois University. |

MATT CONZEN

Matt Conzen began with Aspex Solutions in February 2010 as a member of the Technical Support team. He brought with his experience in customer service and support from the university and non-profit industries to help provide AppliTrack customers with first-class technical support. His experience in a wide variety of project areas such as infrastructure, development, database engineering, and systems administration brings the knowledge required to provide well-rounded technical support from a variety of different angles.
Matt holds a Bachelor’s in Computer Science with an emphasis in Software Development from Northern Illinois University. |

HENRI DUGAS, IV

Henri Dugas, IV is a native of Louisiana’s Atchafalaya Basin, is the newest Technical Specialist with Aspex Solutions. He brings with him a broad array of experiences as programmer for a mass national answering service, Pronto Connections, as well as large scale production experience from The Show Department. His theatrical performance experience is vast and makes him a delight to work with should you ever have the need.
He is glad to be part of such a well organized and growing organization. He thanks this Alma Mater, UL Lafayette, for equipping him with the skills necessary to meets the business demands of every school district. |

KRISTEN GRAFF

Kristen Graff is the new Business Office Manager and New Client Service Specailist for Aspex Solutions. With her she brought a wealth of customer service skills to help provide AppliTrack users with prompt, efficient, and pleasant support. Previously, she worked for a Japanese Food Service Group, handling several clients worldwide; as well as assisting in the management and development of a small athletic business. In her psychology major, her emphasis included Industrial/Organizational, utilizing her knowledge to promote a cohesive work environment. Also, she devotes some of her free time to volunteer efforts with the BBBSMC as well as other local, not-for-profit organizations. Kristen holds a Bachelor's in Psychology at Northeastern Illinois University.

Jeff Korman is a seasoned entrepreneur with a long history of accomplishments spanning a broad range of industries, from specialty apparel manufacturer to marketing strategist. Throughout , Jeff has maintained an emphasis on utilizing cost effective current and best technologies. His approach has been to build old-fashion "hands on relationships" through superior customer and client care, placing their satisfaction, first and foremost. Jeff's approach has brought him clients that include Disney companies, Sandals resorts, Darden Restaurants, Chevrolet, Ford, Snap on Tools, MTV, and Ben and Jerry's, to name just a few in addition to a long list of smaller local businesses and multinationals. Jeff graduated with a degree in Business from Miami University where he also did graduate work in Finance and Marketing. |

JASON CHRISTENSEN

Jason Christensen began with Aspex Solutions in August 2011. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology and a Bachelor's in English from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. He spent the first decade of his career in the Payroll field, where he worked to provide excellent support to his customers. He worked at the Art Institute of Chicago for the last 5 years, overseeing the day to day operations of the Payroll department. Born and raised in Kenosha, WI, Jason currently lives in Chicago, where two of his primary hobbies are seeing live music and reading.

Ari Schiedel joined the talented Aspex Solutions team in February of 2012. He is a Colorado native who brings a unique eye and skill set for print and web based design. Ari's perspective flows from a wide variety of sources and this is reflected in the work he has done prior to joining the team. This perspective will help shape and strengthen the Aspex Solutions brand.

Regi Jeanbaptiste carries many years experience as a Web Technology Consultant having worked for a variety of small and medium-sized businesses looking to maximize their presence on the web as well as fully leverage business applications to meet those company's ever changing needs.
Additionally, in his free time prior to moving back to Chicago, he enjoyed mentoring local youths and also worked to connect the local San Francisco School Districts with Work/Study programs for area kids. As a long-time active member of his local cycling community, he liaised with local groups to provide guidance, understanding and networking support to students who are either bicycle enthusiasts or were interested in participating in cycling events, safety seminars, advocacy and exercise. He's excited to be a part of a dynamic, innovate, growing company and hopes to take his lifetime of experience and continue contributing in a positive way in his new role. |
