Webinars
General ASP online training sessions are regularly-scheduled, short computer and telephone conferences
that offer a quick, no-cost overview of different aspects of working with the AppliTrack products.
Each session is led by a General ASP trainer who uses AppliTrack every day.
If you are a current AppliTrack customer, these sessions can be very helpful in developing
an understanding of AppliTrack's capabilities. Use the webinars listed on this page as a training
resource if you are new to AppliTrack or just looking for more in-depth information.
Session Schedule
The start time for all webinars is Central time.
The focus of this session is to share some of the relevant updates that have been made to the AppliTrack system over the last 12 months.
The webinar will present new functionality in the preferences that control AppliTrack's behavior – topics such as Job Posting Requisitions, eForms, and advertising. New features that increase efficiency and add to the convenience of AppliTrack will also be shared. This is not intended to be a detailed how-to session for each of the topics covered, rather, the intent is to communicate the conceptual functionalities and also provide resources that explain how to make changes to your AppliTrack system where appropriate.

A very powerful function in AppliTrack is the ability to customize the questions and information presented to applicants. The customization can be based on position types or specific job postings.
The focus of this session is the demonstration of customized application pages and per-posting questions. Using this functionality, it is possible to gather standard information that is required of many or all applicants. It is also possible to use this functionality to gather information specifically important for individual postings. This session will explain the Per-Posting Questions and Page Management in detail. It will also present several common applications of these custom pages.
