Thank you for your interest in working for the Rye Recreation Department.

Rye Recreation is looking for talented, fun, hard-working teens and adults for a gratifying experience working at one of 4 summer day camp programs offered. If that is you, please view our open positions and select only to those which you are currently interested in.

Requirement for all positions:

  • Minimum Age Requirement: 16 years of age by July 7, 2008
  • Attendance at all orientations: Tuesday, June 17 from 6 - 9 pm and Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, July 1, 2 & 3 from 9 - 3 p.m.
  • Available for 6-weeks of camp: July 7 - August 15.


Please note: As of April 16 - we are no longer accepting applications for Jr. Counselors (those under the age of 16 year).
