Position:  Delta Junior High School Track and Field Coach

Delta/Greely School District is looking for a Track and Field Coach for the school year 2025 (Fall) that will be committed to the personal development of each player on the roster, will teach students about ethical behavior and good sportsmanship, and assist in the development of leadership skills.

Salary is Range 1 - $700.00

Position:  Elementary School Counselor
 
 Delta/Greely School District is looking for a dynamic, student oriented school counselor for grades K-5.  Experience and desire to work with emotional and social needs of students is required.  Delta Elementary is a very successful school with a cohesive staff, supportive parents and community and students who are eager to learn.  The counseling program is well established and an integral part of the entire school program.
 
Applicants must be certified in the State of Alaska with an endorsement in counseling.   The job description for this position is attached to this posting and may be obtained from the District Office.
 
The contract is for 188 days and starting salary is based on the negotiated agreement.

Position:  Speech Language Pathologist (certified) 
Delta/Greely School District is looking for an experienced, certified Speech Language Pathologist to serve students with disabilities across the District.  Candidates must be team players who are able to work well with other staff, parents, colleagues, and District administrators.   Applicants must possess a valid Alaska Type C special service certificate to be considered and experience is preferred.  Preference will also be given to those eligible to bill for Medicaid reimbursement and have their Certificate of Clinical Competency.

DGSD hires substitutes for custodians, food services, teacher aides and teachers.  These are generally  on-call employees who are not guaranteed any amount of days or hours. 
 
 
 
The Pay scale is: 
 
Substituting for a Certified teacher with Certification:        $150 /day
 
Substituting for a Certified Teacher without Certification:     $125 /day
 
Substituting for a Custodians, Food Services/ Teacher Aides : $125 /day
