Berea-Midpark High School1.0 Intervention Specialist - Intervention Specialist License - BBRR
This position is for the Behavior-Based Resource Room (BBRR), a self-contained classroom supporting students whose primary needs are behavioral and social-emotional needs. Students also have academic and related service needs.
The Intervention Specialist provides specially designed instruction (SDI) focused on behavior, social-emotional skills, and some academic support. Students may spend varying amounts of time in the BBRR based on their individual needs.
The classroom is supported by a team that includes one Intervention Specialist and a paraprofessional, with a typical caseload of 8-10 students. Support is provided in the classroom and throughout the school setting as needed.
This role requires strong skills in behavior support, collaboration, and building positive relationships with students, staff, and families.

The rate of pay as a substitute bus driver for the 2026-2027 school year is $23.01/hr.
