Description: Residential Direct Support Professionals work directly with people who have developmental disabilities in their homes, providing the individualized supports needed for people to live the lives they want. We currently have full and part time positions in Sturgis and Whitewood.  Openings include overnights and evening/weekend positions 

Job Summary: Assist people in small group setting with all aspects of daily life as needed.  Duties may include: helping people be involved in their communities, assistance with personal cares and eating, cooking, cleaning, medication administration, shopping along with other tasks as needed.

Salary: The base pay is 12.00 per hour, with a 2.00 per hour differential for evenings/weekends.  Excellent benefit package for full time employeees; cost for benefit package isunder 15.00 per pay period.  Both full and part time employees accrue PPL.
  
Qualifications: High School diploma or GED, valid driver's license, ability to pass extensive background check, reference check, physical and drug screening.  Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
