Bradley County Schools is employing a bus attendant to provide student support on Special Education Buses that transport students with special medical, physical and behavioral needs. The bus attendant must attend training on information regarding students with special needs, students confidentiality, and bus loading and unloading procedures including the secure transport of wheelchairs, emergency procedures and bus inspection for the end of each route. Additionally the bus attendant will be trained in any special requirements of conditions included in the student's IEP regarding the safe transport of required medications and medications that that may be needed to be administered in emergency situations.

To provide Articulation/Language therapy, complete eligibility evaluations and participate in inclusive speech language classes. Other duties as assigned by the Special Education Supervisor.
Applicant must have a Masters in Speech Language Pathology.
