JOB GOAL: To instruct athletes in the fundamental skills, strategy and physical training necessary for them to realize a degree of individual and team success. At the same time, the coach must instruct and demonstrate behaviors that lead to acceptable character development, self discipline, self confidence, and pride of accomplishment in the student athletes.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Serve as an appropriate role model for student athletes through his/her instructions and actions.
2. Follows the District's approved policies.
3. Has knowledge of existing systems and IESA regulations and consistently abides by them.
4. Schedules events for the season, transportation and requirements for each event.
5. Assists in the necessary preparation to hold scheduled sport events or practices and adheres to scheduled facility times.
6. Serves as a mentor to each athlete to promote the development and demonstration in student athletes the character traits of trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, fairness, caring, and citizenship.
7. Provides assistance, guidance and safeguards for each participant by his/her presence at all practices games and while traveling,.
8. Provides training rules and any other unique regulations of the sport to each athlete who is considered a participant.
9. Follows programs and policies concerning injuries, medical attention and emergencies.
10. Completes paperwork on all athletic injuries on proper forms and submits to district office within 24 hours.

This extracurricular activity provides students with the opportunity to develop skills in communication, journalism, and digital media. Originally established as Central Scoop, a student newspaper, the program seeks an advisor who can guide students in creating and sharing school news through print and/or social media platforms.

JOB GOAL: The BCBA is responsible for providing behavioral consultation and coaching to programs in order to support teams in meeting the individual needs of students, to improve both academic and social competence. They support teams to establish socially significant behavior change and attain positive intervention outcomes by providing consultation using evidence-based practices from the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assessment & Evaluation
Collects, graphs and analyzes student data from functional behavior assessment (FBA) and writes report summarizing results
Takes a leadership role in consulting, collaboration and supporting school teams in conducting FBA’s and developing and implementing student Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) with fidelity

Keeps assigned bus clean.
Inspects, empties trash, and sweeps it out on a daily basis.

Checks the bus before each day’s use for mechanical issues.
Notifies the director of transportation in the event of mechanical problems or delays.
Reports all accidents immediately to the transportation director.
Aids other drivers as necessary during times of inclement weather or other difficulty.
Files pre-trip inspections with the director of transportation daily with duplicate copies remaining in the bus for a period of 30 days.
Performs a post route walking check of the entire bus to ensure bus is clear of all students.
Maintains mileage logs as required for state and federal reporting.
Follows field trip/out of district trips procedures and guidelines.
