The Dallastown Area School District seeks a Full-Time, 10-Month Life Skills Support (LSS) Paraprofessional for Loganville-Springfield Elementary School (Grades K-3) who will play a valuable role in inspiring and creating pathways for student success by supporting special education teachers in the delivery of supports and services for students with IEPs.

Responsibilities:
• Able to carry out oral and written instructions including those in the student's IEP to allow access to the educational environment.
• Assisting teachers in presentation and development of learning materials and instructional exercises
• Performing routine clerical work
• Working with instructional media, office machines, and equipment
Work Schedule / Pay Periods for 10-Month Positions:
• Full-day hours: Approximately 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, which is 7.50 working hours and a 30-minute unpaid lunch period.
• Your work schedule and pay will follow student attendance full and half days during the school year -- approximately 177 student days mid-August through early June.  Additional days may be arranged by your supervisor.
• While there are typically no pay periods July through August, you'll enjoy summers off to spend more time with your family!
• For a full school year, your bi-weekly pays will typically begin by mid-September and continue through late-June. 
Benefits:
• Immediate/continued inclusion in Public School Employees' Retirement System (PSERS),
• Four (4) Paid Holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day
• After a successful Probationary Period of 90 calendar days, you'll receive Paid Leave: 3 Personal Days and 10 Sick Days
• If applicable, Paid Bereavement Leave and Jury Duty Supplemental Pay

The ideal candidate must be dependable, able to multi-task, work cooperatively with others, enjoys working in a school district atmosphere and have schedule flexibility.  The individual should be willing to fill in on short notice when coverage is needed.   Shift length is flexible - work 4 hours, 6 hours, or 8 hours.  Shift hours of work can start as early as 3:00 pm with the latest shift to start by 8:00 pm.  All shifts will end no later than 12:00 midnight, depending on the time started.  Shifts are generally Monday through Friday.

The Dallastown Area School District  is seeking motivated and reliable Summer Technology Interns to assist with technology preparation and support activities during the summer months. This opportunity is ideal for students enrolled in a college or technical school program who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in an educational IT environment.
 
Interns will gain experience related to the large-scale setup and deployment of end-user devices, including both Windows and Chrome OS systems. Working alongside the district's technical team, interns will assist with preparing technology equipment and supporting projects that help ensure devices are ready for the upcoming school year. The individual will collaborate with the technical team and assist in inventory management, general maintenance, and decommissioning of obsolete devices. 

Schedule and Compensation:
• Beginning on or around Monday, May 4, 2026 and ending Thursday, August 13, 2026
• Schedule:  Four (4) days, Monday - Thursday, with 32-40 hours of work available per week
• $14.50 per hour
Qualifications:
• Enrollment in a college or technical school program is preferred
• Interest in Information Technology or related field
• Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with others
• Acceptable record of attendance and reliability
• Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks independently or as part of a team
