Located in the heart of Defiance, Ohio, and centrally located between Toledo, Ohio and Fort Wayne, Indiana, our district includes one elementary, one middle, and one high school, serving nearly 2,500 students.
Our Team:
Hiring and maintaining the best instructional and support staff possible is a high priority and critical to our success. We utilize Frontline tools to facilitate the tracking of state certification and licensing requirements, and we aim to enhance teaching practices, improve student achievement, and ensure continual growth, excellence, and well-being of our educators, by providing ongoing, high-quality training and support.
