Qualified candidates will have a Associate's degree in related field; 4-5 years of experience as a Help Desk team lead and strong communication, organizational, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills for a fast-paced environment. The recommended candidate for this position will receive a regionally competitive starting salary (range $73K - 77K) depending on background and experience.
