Job Title: Northfield Bowling Program Assistant for Project ABLE
Job Description: This is a part-time position in the evenings. Pay rate is $17.63 per hour. This position would support Project ABLE participants who are bowling at the Northfield bowling alley. These events require the staff member to assist with check in to events and ongoing operations, while striving to help create positive experiences for participants. This is a shared position between Faribault and Northfield, as Project ABLE operates as a consortium between both cities. Bowling is typically in the evening between the hours of 4-5:30 one or two days per week depending on lane availability. More hours may be available in Faribault depending on need and candidate's availability.
Required Qualifications: Must have a Driver’s License and have reliable transportation to drive to the bowling alley in Northfield. Must be reliable. Must be confident working with adults with disabilities. Must be patient and easy going.
Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working with adults with disabilities and/or in a school setting. Job Description: Faribault Public Schools Adult Education is seeking an Adult Education instructor to lead weekly learning communities and provide wraparound services for healthcare career- and college-seeking students. Licensed teachers paid at $31.87 per hour.

Qualifications:
Valid Minnesota teaching license. Experience working in Adult Literacy education. Ability to differentiate instruction according to varied learning styles and educational levels. Experience and competency with the use of technology in the classroom. Knowledge of student-centered learning practices. Experience working with students of varied ages, levels, and cultural backgrounds.
Preferred for English as a Second Language Teachers: MN Teaching Licensure in ESL, Masters Degree in ESL, or other state-approved degree. Experience teaching English as a Second Language. Knowledge of and experience with Comprehensive Adult Student Assessment System (CASAS) and/or Tests of Adult Basic Education (TABE).
Job Duties: 1. Teach classes as assigned by the Program Coordinator 2. Develop engaging curricula in accordance with program standards and instructional practices relevant to adult learners 3. Document and evaluate student progress using formative and summative assessments, such as TABE or CASAS 4. Adapt teaching style to engage and retain students 5. Facilitate and integrate technology into instruction 6. Monitor attendance and student progress using the MN ABE online database

Job Title: EL Paraprofessional
Faribault Middle School is seeking a dedicated individual to provide instructional services specifically for an English Language (EL) course. The role involves motivating EL students to develop skills in reading, writing, and language comprehension while promoting appropriate conduct, speech, and attire. Additional responsibilities may include supporting students in their overall academic progress and collaborating with teachers to enhance the learning environment. Work is performed under the moderate supervision of the teacher(s) or other professional staff. This position is 6.5 hours per day (7:30am - 3:00pm) and commences on November 5, 2024. Job Description: A 1.0 FTE Early Childhood teacher position for Falcon’s Nest Preschool, a Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten site at Roosevelt Elementary School. Qualified candidates will offer a developmentally appropriate learning environment, with the focus on cognitive, social/emotional, language, literacy, and physical/motor development of students. This teacher will also work with two assigned classroom paraprofessionals to create a warm, welcoming environment for parents and children. The position is 5 days a week from 7:30 AM-3:30 PM.
