Frederick County Public Schools is pleased to announce:

$1,500 Signing/Retention Bonus* for SUPPORT employees hired between June 1, 2021 and September 30, 2021.

The bonus is paid in three (3) $500 increments: 1) after 30 days of employment; 2) on the Decemeber 15, 2021 pay; and 3) on the June 15, 2022 pay.
 

*Signing bonus only for benefited, support positions prorated based on full-time equivalence (FTE); 1.0 - .70 FTE will receive $1,500, .69 - .5 FTE will receive $750.  If an new employee who has received this benefit separates employment, for any reason, prior to June 30, 2022. full repayment to FCPS will be required.
