As an assistant to the vocal director, this individual provides musical accompaniment on piano for choral classes throughout the school day, as well as for school events such as choral festivals, evening concerts, and the spring musical. Applicants are expected to be proficient on piano in a variety of musical genres. This hourly position is for the entire academic year and includes periodic evening and weekend commitments. Starting pay is $35.00/hour. This position is an annual position with continued employment based on need and performance.
TITLE: Substitute Paraprofessional/Teacher Assistant/Teacher Aide

PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The position of Substitute Paraprofessional/Teacher Aide has been established for the purpose of maintaining the appropriate classroom environment so that students may learn effectively when permanent paraprofessionals are absent.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• High school degree or equivalent

2. Generally the job requires a lifting ability of 70 lbs.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
This is a 9.5 month contract position with salary and benefits determined by Board of Education.
Two positions available for 2026-2027 school year. One driving a special needs bus and one driving a 71-passenger yellow bus. We will pay for all training and licensing. Clean driving record required, and mandatory annual and federal random drug testing.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
PHYSICAL DEMANDSThe usual and customary methods of performing the job's functions require the following physical demands: occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; intermittent stooping, kneeling, crouching and /or crawling; and continual manual hand and finger dexterity.
