Gurnee Park District utilizes an online job application process. If you are interested in applying for employment, you must complete the online job application. After your application has been submitted, it will be reviewed by the supervisor who is hiring for the open position. You may upload resumes, letters of recommendation and reference information with your online job application. We keep your online job application active for one year, and you may review your online job application at any time to make changes or to apply for different positions.
All applicants under age 16 who are hired for a Park District job must provide a valid work permit prior to their first day of work.

Volunteer Opportunities
Enhance your life while helping others at Gurnee Park District. Those who are 12 years and older are encouraged to get involved by volunteering for our programs or special events. Volunteers are essential to the success of our programs. If you are looking to make a difference, contact 847-623-7788.
Athletic Coaches
Be a role model for the youth in our community by volunteering to coach a team for the Gurnee Park District. Experience in the sport is not necessary. We will provide sport specific training to set you and your team up for success. Please call Chris Marzano at 847-599-3752 if you are interested in coaching any of our sports programs.
