Saint Ignatius High School, a highly successful Catholic Jesuit college preparatory school for boys in Cleveland, Ohio, seeks an experienced and dynamic Assistant Director of Parent Programs in the Advancement Office. This position serves as the primary liaison between Saint Ignatius High School and the parent volunteers of the Loyola Society and Fathers' Club, helping to cultivate meaningful parent engagement, strengthen community relationships, and support Advancement initiatives through strategic event planning, communications, and stewardship.

About the Position: Saint Ignatius High School, a highly successful Jesuit college preparatory school for boys in Cleveland, Ohio, has an immediate opening for a Flag Corps Coach for the 2026-2027 Marching Band Season. Position Profile: Campus Groundskeeping Associate
About the Position: Saint Ignatius High School, a highly successful Jesuit college preparatory school for boys in Cleveland, Ohio, is seeking an experienced, knowledgeable and energetic campus grounds keeping associate to work with our Campus Operations team. The ideal candidate will bring a hard-working, meticulous work ethic along with a positive, customer service attitude. Responsibilities include maintaining all landscaping (ranging from turf, to perennial and annual beds to trees and shrubs); maintaining all athletic fields (3 outdoor artificial turf fields and one indoor fieldhouse); maintaining irrigation systems; snow/ice removal in the winter and maintaining all equipment utilized for performing all related duties. This position is also responsible for maintaining a fleet of approximately 10 school vehicles. The ideal candidate will possess an eye for detail and relentless commitment to maintaining the park-like setting of our 25-acre campus.

Position Profile: Maintenance Associate
About the Position: Saint Ignatius High School, a highly successful Jesuit college preparatory school for boys in grades 6–12 located in Cleveland, Ohio, is seeking an experienced, full-time Maintenance Associate to support and manage physical plant operations across a 25-acre campus in the Ohio City neighborhood. The campus includes 20 buildings ranging in age from newly constructed facilities to structures more than 140 years old.
We are seeking a Maintenance Associate to work with our Maintenance Team performing a variety of duties ranging from general labor to assisting Maintenance Technicians, Groundskeeping and Events personnel with various tasks. While this is not a technical position, basic knowledge of common tools and how to use them along with general repair knowledge is required. Further, the successful candidate must be able to understand direction and work independently to complete tasks as well as anticipate additional tasks that need to be performed. This position is also responsible for weekly maintenance for our fleet of approximately 10 school vehicles (checking/filling gas, oil, washer fluid) as well as keeping them clean inside and out. Must possess a valid Ohio Driver's License and meet school insurability requirements as operating school vehicles is an essential part of this role

Under the direction of the Senior Director of Security, the Security Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the 2nd shift Security department, including the supervision of Security personnel. The Security Supervisor directs department staff to ensure a safe and secure campus for students, faculty, staff, and visitors.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Supervise daily workflow, schedules, activities, and assignments of security staff. Participate in evaluating staff performance; work with employees to correct deficiencies; provide input in situations that result in employee discipline. Prepare and conduct training for new hires and current staff on a variety of security topics. Assist in interviewing, hiring, and training security staff. Investigate loss events and compile data for accurate reporting. Perform regular walk-throughs and security inspections of campuses. Serve as a liaison to internal and external stakeholders (i.e., School staff, community members and public service organizations). Supervise, plan, and coordinate traffic and pedestrian flow control for school activities and special events. Respond to calls and requests for service and inquiries. Attend and conduct a variety of meetings as assigned by the Senior Director of Security. Perform other duties as assigned.
