Description: 2024-2025 Birth - 3 Speech Pathologist Mentor 1 year position
Hiring and determining who will be in positions, approving PDP's and verifying PDP's.
* Current licensed teacher in the State of Minnesota.
* Continuing contract teacher in Farmington Public Schools.

* Outstanding interpersonal skills including displaying respect, empathy and intergrity with encouraging and supporting individual and team efforts. * Must be tenured.
* Work collaboratively with building principal, to interview and select building FIS positions, Mentors and Peer Coaches.
* Commitee will submit recommendations to the Farmington Education Association Executive Board and Board of Education for final approval.
* Committee membership will initially be the building Staff Development Committee/Building Leadership Team, with each committe determining a process for membership rotations in subsequent years.
* Each committee will consist of at least one building administrator, a district staff development representative, a Farmington Education Association representative along with representatives from grade levels and departments.
* Attends training in Summer/Fall - training would include Charlotte Danielson Framework of Teaching (CDFT) and Reflective Teaching protocols.
