Program Implementation: Assist in developing and leading program activities that cater to the interests, talents, and learning styles of students. Ensure that activities are engaging and educational.
Safety and Supervision: Ensure the safety and well-being of all students in the program. Supervise children during activities, both indoors and outdoors, and ensure they are following program guidelines.
Role Modeling: Serve as a positive role model to students, demonstrating respect, responsibility, and professionalism at all times.
Behavior Management: Support the management of behavior in a large group setting, using positive discipline techniques to maintain a safe and productive environment.
Collaboration: Work as part of a team, collaborating with other staff to plan and implement program activities, events, and student engagement strategies.
Communication: Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other staff. Share information as needed regarding student progress, safety concerns, and program updates.

Description: Roseville Area Schools is seeking on-call substitute afternoon custodian cleaners to cover for contract staff when they are out for sick or vacation. Substitute custodians will work with other custodial staff cleaning assigned areas, assisting with set-ups and other duties. Description: Roseville Area Schools has a vacancy for a long-term substitute Health Assistant at Parkview Center School. The Health Assistant provides support in the school health office by assisting students with basic health needs, administering first aid, monitoring medications, and maintaining health records under the supervision of the Licensed School Nurse. The Health Assistant ensures the health office runs smoothly and that students’ immediate medical needs are met in a safe, caring, and professional manner. Description: Roseville Area Schools has a vacancy for a 0.9 FTE long-term substitute (LTS) district-wide school psychologist. In addition to conducting evaluations and directly supporting due process, the school psychologist will provide school-based social/emotional services, support positive behavioral interventions, assist teams with the design of pre-referral interventions, help create behavioral support plans, and assist with the design of individualized education programs.
