Primary Objectives of Position: To provide clerical support to Roseville Community Education Programs
Foster a positive and welcoming environment for students, staff, and community members.
Promote awareness and engagement in Roseville Community Education programs, including Adult & Youth Enrichment, Aquatics, Senior Programs, and Meals on Wheels.
Manage the registration line, process phone registrations, and respond to inquiries related to Community Education programs.
Notify participants of class cancellations via email and send robocalls through Blackboard Connect when necessary.
Process refunds for class cancellations and withdrawals.
Monitor waitlists and notify customers when spots become available.
Analyze registration data to increase enrollment and look for trends.
Track last-minute registrations and update managers as needed.
Maintain regular and effective communication with program managers.
Provide clerical support for youth, adult, and senior programs, including managing enrollments, rosters, cancellations, and refunds.
Ensure classrooms and meeting spaces are prepared for Community Education programming.
Maintain accurate records and update databases as needed.
Assist with financial documentation
Attend program-specific meetings and participate in professional development opportunities.
Ensure the confidentiality of participant, volunteer, community, and program data.
Provide backup support for the registration office during lunches, vacations, or absences.
