    School District 742 is interviewing for full-time, part-time and long call substitute positions
    for the Chinese Immersion Program, 2019-20 school year.  
    Applicants will be considered based on qualifications and experiences.
     
    TYPE OF POSITION:
    Multiple full and part time positions possible
    (.50 FTE positions and greater are eligible for benefits)
    Hours may vary based on program needs
     
    REPORTS TO:
    Building Principal, immediate supervisor
     
    SUPERVISION:
    None
     
    QUALIFICATIONS:                 
    Required
    • Fluent (native or near native ability) in Mandarin Chinese 
    • Must be proficient in the English language
    • B.S. degree
    • Current Minnesota Elementary K-6 teaching license (or be eligible for a MN K-6 teaching license)
    Preferred
    • Teaching experience with grades K-6

    We are seeking energetic, enthusiastic, creative individuals who will communicate well with parents, staff and teachers in the school.  Qualified applicants will be a part of a collaborative team, assisting with promoting and building the Chinese Immersion program.
