$200/per dayApplicants must be a certified Registered Nurse and be eligible to apply for a County Substitute Nurse certification. If you hold a School Nurse Certification, that is a plus.
Opportunities: 4 days per week Daily Substitutes-Come in when available. Pay rate is based on education and certification: Substitute Certification (60 credits or 30 credits if currently enrolled in school) - $130.00 per day Substitute Certification with a BA or MA Degree - $150.00 per day NJ Department of Education Certification (CE, CEAS, Standard) - $170.00 per day Note: Opportunities may arise for CE/CEAS and Standard certificate holders to do long term Leave Of Absence coverage. Any assignment over 8 weeks will be $225 per day.
All substitute teachers are obligated to work seven (7) hours per day according to the following schedule:
PreK 8:45 to 3:30 JT 5-6 8:45 to 3:30 JTMS 7:50 to 3:05 JTHS 7:00 to 2:00 Johnson, Holman and Elms 7:50 to 2:35 Crawford and Switlik 8:45 to 3:30
