High School Summer School Teachers: Lakewood City School District; 2025-2026 school year; June 10th - July 14th: Monday - Thursday from 8 am - 1 pm (4 hours of instruction and 1 hour of plan per day); 25 hours per week; curriculum writing rate of pay. Two additional days between June 8 and 9 can be utilized for instructional planning. The following certification/licensure areas may be needed: English/Language Arts, Math, Science, Social Studies, and Physical Education. Responsible to the Summer School Administrator and/or designee.

EL Summer School Teacher(s): Lakewood City School District; 2025-2026 school year; June 15th - July 2nd; Monday - Thursday from 8:30 am - 12:30 pm (3 hours of instruction and 1 hour of plan per day); 16 hours per week; curriculum writing rate of pay. Two additional days between June 8 and 9 can be utilized for instructional planning. Candidates must have the following: TESOL license and teacher certification, with experience working with EL students are preferred. Responsible to the Summer School Administrator and/or designee.
Lakewood High School Special Education Department Facilitator: Lakewood High School; 2026-2027 school year; must have Special Education teaching license; responsible to Lakewood High School Principal and/or designee. (Internal candidates only.)
Math Teacher: Lakewood High School; 2026-2027 school year; full time; must be licensed HS 7-12 Math, responsibility to building principal and/or designee.
Individual/Small Group Instructor (ISGI): Lakewood High School ISGI; 2026-2027 school year;7.5 paid hours per day with 30 minutes unpaid lunch; (Scheduled as determined by building principal); ODEW Integrated Math 7-12 licensure required; responsible to building principal and/or designee.
Science Teacher (Second Posting): Lakewood High School; 2026-2027 school year; full-time; must be licensed HS 7-12 Science; responsibility to building principal and/or designee.
