Leander ISD will require all Athletic Camp Instructors to be fingerprinted through the State Board for Educator Certification. The cost of $49 will be incurred by the Athletic Camp Instructor. Purpose:
Provide instruction for summer athletic camps.

This position is for those individuals who are currently pursuing their Texas Teaching Certification through a university or an alternative certification program.
• Observers are students who are taking a class that requires the student to observe in a classroom and take notes on teaching techniques and/or student involvement during a lesson.
• Student teachers are students who are requesting a semester-long placement in a classroom under the supervision of a cooperating teacher where they will take on classroom responsibilities.
• Athletic Trainers are students who will work with our high schools to complete their required hours for their Athleting Traning program.
This position is for those individuals who are graduate students providing therapy under supervision of an SLP as part of a clinical practicum experience.
Additional Information: This position is for those individuals who are currently pursuing their School Psychologist graduate training or Educational Diagnostician certification through a university program. Practicum students will be working on the supervision of a School Psychologist and/or Educational Diagnostician based on assignment from the Lead School Psychologist and Lead Educational Diagnostician.
This position is for those individuals who are currently pursuing their SBEC School Counselor Certification through a university.
• Counseling practicum students are students who are requesting a placement for practicum hours under the supervision of a certified school counselor.
