This position is for those individuals who are currently pursuing their Texas Teaching Certification through a university or an alternative certification program.
• Athletic Trainers are students who will work with our high schools to complete their required hours for their Athleting Traning program.
This position is for those individuals who are graduate students providing therapy under supervision of an SLP as part of a clinical practicum experience.
Additional Information: This position is for those individuals who are currently pursuing their Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) graduate training or Educational Diagnostician certification through a university program. Practicum students will be working on the supervision of a LSSP and/or Educational Diagnostician based on assignment from the Lead LSSP and Lead Educational Diagnostician.
• Student teachers are students who are requesting a semester-long placement in a classroom under the supervision of a cooperating teacher where they will take on classroom responsibilities.
• Observers are students who are taking a class that requires the student to observe in a classroom and take notes on teaching techniques and/or student involvement during a lesson.
This position is for those individuals who are currently pursuing their SBEC School Counselor Certification through a university.
• Counseling practicum students are students who are requesting a placement for practicum hours under the supervision of a certified school counselor.
