Requirements:1. Electrical experience required; electrical license preferred but not required.2. Basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, and general building repairs.
3. Satisfactory physical condition so as to perform manual tasks requiring moderate physical strength.
4. Ability and coordination to operate and care for power equipment and machinery.
