    About Us: 
    The Menta Group is a growing multi-state educational organization seeking a recruiter and outreach specialist that will work as part of the recruiting team to fill key roles within the company.  The ideal candidate is an outgoing, self-starter, who is able to think out of the box and work in a fast-paced environment.  

     


    Recruiter Outreach Specialist Responsibilities:

     
    • Administer activities involving recruiting and hiring within communities in multiple states.

    • Work directly with site supervisors to understand the business and culture of each site and the organization.

    • Assist the development of the employer brand for the organization.

    • Develop candidate pipelines through multiple efforts including market research, referral networking, and candidate engagement.

    • Establish and maintain professional relationships to build a long-term talent pipeline, included but not limited to universities.

    • Attend job fairs and networking events.  

     
    • Prepare recruiting material to increase candidacy interest.

    • Attend job fairs and create, run, and attend networking events.

    • Develop and maintain a strong social media presence using employment strategies.

    • Build talent networks to find passive and active candidates

    • Conduct workshops and seminars in different colleges to showcase the company and the career opportunities within the company

    • Participate in the on-boarding process of new hires and in leading employee engagement ventures.

     

    Requirements and Qualifications

     
    • Strategic and forward-thinking skills.

    • Ability to work with ATS and Core HR systems.

    • High energy, positive and enthusiastic.

    • Ability to work evening and weekend hours for recruiting and candidate events.

    • Willingness to tackle a new position and develop it into one that will provide long-term value to the organization and improve key employment KPI’s

    • Ability to travel locally, out-of-state, and internationally. 

    • Marketing and sales skills
