    Job Summary (2-3 sentences describing job purpose):  Serves as a member of the Cluster Support Team providing consultation and training to teachers, parents, related service providers, and other school professionals. Provides direct services to students.

    Primary Job Duties/ResponsibilitiesList, in the order of importance or time spent, the essential duties/tasks performed by the position.  This is not an exhaustive list and employees may be assigned additional duties by management as required.     Job Duty/Resp. 1: Observes students referred to the team, makes recommendations, and assists with implementation by modeling interventions, coaching and providing instruction of intervention procedures to the school team. Click here to enter text.
    Job Duty/Resp. 2: Conducts functional behavior assessments and develops behavior intervention plans to support students throughout the school environment.
    Job Duty/Resp. 3: Develops and conducts professional development for individual schools and district-wide.
    Job Duty/Resp. 4: Develops instructional strategy materials (includes reports) to support school personnel.
    Job Duty/Resp. 5: Provides case management to students referred for social and emotional support.
    Job Duty/Resp. 6: Works in conjunction with Cluster Support Teams to address student, school and district needs/priorities.
    Job Duty/Resp. 7: Develops data collection systems in collaboration with school personnel to track behavior and academic progress.
    Job Duty/Resp. 8:  Collaborates with outside service providers.






















     
     
     

    Education and Experience Requirements
      
     
    Education (training/degree): Required minimum: Masters’ degree in counseling, psychology, education or related field.

    Experience: Three (3) years of experience working with children, including experience collaborating with school personnel in the development of strategies and materials to support students.
