Serve as support for the leadership team throughout the school year.
Perform research into leadership qualities and roles.
Liaison between team members, mentors, parents, and volunteers; communicate expectations to parents and students about what is expected of them in terms of their commitment to the team, team meetings, coordinating help, maintaining equipment, communicating with your sponsoring organization, purchasing supplies, creating schedules and team building.
Enforce standards of performance quality.
Nurture a sense of ownership among team members for the team’s projects and core values.
Display kindness, patience, and professionalism.
Attend bi-monthly meetings
Host one student dance
Host one assembly
Accomplish one community give back project
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Be willing to be part of a team environment

Summary: Moffat County School District is seeking a 1.0 FTE Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide specialized expertise to define and characterize behaviors, select and evaluate interventions and strategies, display and interpret behavioral data, and monitor behavior changes. This is a district-wide position requiring travel between all schools.
The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst will provide specialized expertise to define and characterize behaviors, measure and assess behaviors, select and evaluate interventions and strategies, display and interpret behavioral data and monitor behavior changes.
Essential Functions and Primary Responsibilities:
Identify target behaviors and develop functionally based interventions including antecedent strategies, replacement behaviors, reinforcement systems, and problem behavior consequence strategies.
Conduct functional behavioral assessments and support writing behavior intervention plans.
Communicate with school teams, administrators, and families when appropriate.
Create and facilitate trainings for the purpose of professional learning.
Establish and maintain rapport with students, school staff and families.
Assist in the creation of and review initial, annual and eligibility IEP’s, BIP, and progress reports.
Provide feedback on goals, inclusion, measurement criteria, fade plans and interventions/teaching strategies.
Cooperatively participate with building teams in designing programming and services for students with a variety of disabilities and needs.
Manage a robust and complex schedule to support students and school teams Develop visual strategies to assist students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)/or other behavioral challenges.
Visually structure the classroom environment for students to be successful Provide curriculum ideas and develop educational programs for students and provide feedback to staff in an individualized manner regarding the implementation of the programming.
Position will work with teaching staff to support student needs and may provide direct support with students as needed.
Meet regularly with supervisor and Child Study Team to problem solve and collaborate. Attendance and participation on district professional development days.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drives a school bus on a prescribed route which will not be altered unless directed to do so by the Director of Transportation or Highway/Road Official.
Operates buses according to CDE rules and regulations, federal laws, local laws, school policy and regulation.
Performs and properly completes daily pre-trip inspections; reports any defects to proper authorities.
Keeps the bus as clean as possible- inside and outside.
Fuel bus when scheduled.
Keep route map current and time as close as possible.
Keeps the seating chart up to date.
Keeps the current list of students who are eligible to ride the bus.
Operates routes in as friendly a manner as possible.
Keep scheduled route times as close as possible.
Maintains communication with riders and parents.
Communicate in person and on a two-way radio for routine, urgent and emergency situations. Report all unsafe route and bus stop conditions to the scheduler/dispatcher.
Use proper procedures when working with special education and wheel chair students. Aid in the loading and unloading process of students needing assistance in boarding as well as those with special needs, via stairs or lift mechanisms. Ensure that all seatbelts, safety vests and other required restraint devices are used properly. Protect all student confidential information.
Attend all meetings and training sessions including all in services and driver meetings, first aid and CPR classes that are required by the district.
