Once you have obtained your substitute teacher certificate (or if you possess a teaching certificate), please print and email your certificate, along the following documents (see attachments) to melissa.fasano@montville.net. Employment Application
Oath of Allegiance (US Citizen | Non-Citizen)
Direct Deposit Form (Attach a voided check or a direct deposit letter from your bank).
Federal W-4 Form (must include the number of allowances you wish to claim)
NJ W-4 Form (must include the number of allowances you wish to claim)
I-9 Employment Eligibility Form – Please also include copies of two (2) forms of identification.
Sexual Misconduct/Child Abuse Disclosure Release – If you have worked for school entities or in a position involving direct contact with children within the last 20 years, please complete Section 1 for each employer.
Consent for Mantoux Tuberculin Test - Proof of the TB test is required and must be certified by a licensed healthcare professional.
Physician’s Letter of Medical Clearance - This appointment may be scheduled with your personal physician or our school physician, Dr. Rehberg, if necessary. Contact information for Dr. Rehberg is provided at the bottom of the form.
Your fingerprints must have been submitted to our district within the past six months: To do so, CLICK HERE: County Code 27 - District Code 3340.
Lastly, please provide two references: one personal and one professional. Include their names and email addresses.
Bus Aide Needed – Support a Special Needs Student
We are seeking a caring, reliable Bus Aide to assist a special needs child during daily transportation.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting the student during boarding, riding, and exiting the bus
Ensuring safety and supervision throughout the route
Communicating any concerns to transportation and school staff Compensation: Hourly Rate: $ 22.27 (non Certified) or $25.26 (Certified)
Successful candidate will have earned a minimum of 60 college credits or passed the Parapro praxis exam. Qualifying criminal history review necessary for public school employment. Rate of pay: $25.26 hourly for non-certificated; $28.23 hourly for holders of NJ teaching certification. 5 days per week, 6.5 hours daily when school is in session.
