Job Summary: Supports students through the customer service line, seating in the cafeteria and dismissal from the lunchroom tables as they complete their meal. Assists with the maintenance of the cafeteria area in order to comply with federal, state, local and department requirements. Communicates promptly and works harmoniously with the students and staff.
Education and Experience: High School Diploma and/or equivalent; and/or any satisfactory combination of experience and training which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the above described duties.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a food service industry
Ability to follow oral and written directions.
Complete understanding of departmental requirements.
Ability to communicate in a timely manner.
Ability to accept direction from multiple sources.
Ability to work effectively with children, parents, and school employees.
This position is at: S.G. Reinertsen Elementary 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Starting in August 2018
DESCRIPTION: Substitute teachers needed for the 2017-2018 school year to work as needed with the opportunity to work half and/or full days Monday through Friday. A full day is scheduled for 7 hours and 45 minutes with a 30 minute duty free lunch. Half days are paid at half the daily rate listed below. New substitute orientation is required along with monthly subtutite trainings. QUALIFICATIONS:

Under the direction of licensed special education instructional and/or related services staff, assists one or more students in accomplishing instrumental activities of daily living and health related functions; provides redirection and intervention of behavior; and other tasks as are identified within assigned students’ IEPs. MN Reading Corp Elementary Literacy Tutors
Asp, Ellen Hopkins, SGR Schools, Dorothy Dodds
Literacy tutors work one-on-one with K-3 children who need help learning to read. These AmeriCorps members are trained in research-based strategies and use prescribed literacy interventions and conduct weekly progress monitoring to ensure the student is on track to read at grade level by the end of third grade. They commit to daytime hours and are placed in elementary schools, where they build their professional experience and network.
