DESCRIPTION:	The Mount Laurel School District is seeking a dynamic, experienced educational leader to serve as Principal of Springville Elementary School. Springville Elementary School serves approximately 485 students in Kindergarten through Grade 4 in a rich, supportive learning environment. The school is staffed by approximately 95 highly qualified professionals who are dedicated to fostering academic excellence, inclusive practices, and the social-emotional development of every student. Springville Elementary also houses key district special education programs, and benefits from strong instructional support provided by district curriculum supervisors across all academic content areas. Primary responsibilities include: Supervising and evaluating instructional and support staff using the Danielson Framework for Teaching. Overseeing all aspects of daily school operations, including building management and safety. Collaborating effectively with staff, families, the PTO, and district administration to cultivate a positive, inclusive school culture. Ensuring the effective implementation of instructional programs in alignment with district standards and approved curricula. Supporting continuous improvement through data-informed decision-making and reflective leadership practices. The district seeks a visionary, student-centered leader who is collaborative, reflective, and deeply committed to continuous improvement and educational excellence.
REPORTS TO:	Superintendent of Schools
LOCATION:	Springville Elementary School
SALARY:	Compensation will be based on the Mount Laurel Administrators Association (MLAA) contract agreement. Minumum Starting Salary Proposal $137,500, negotiable based on experience.
BENEFITS:	Based on MLAA contract agreement.
