Science Teacher
Position Purpose

Job Title: Bus Aide/ Sub Bus Aide Reports To: Transportation Director and Bus Driver FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
The Bus Aide assists the school bus driver in providing safe and orderly transportation for students. Safely operate a school bus on assigned routes.

Planned Leadership Transition
This position is part of a structured leadership transition within the Transportation Department. Ideally, the selected candidate will begin in March 2026 and work alongside the current Director through December 2026 to learn district routes, systems, procedures, and compliance requirements.
In January 2027, the selected candidate will assume full Director responsibilities. The current Director has expressed a willingness to remain available in a support and advisory capacity during the remainder of the 2026–2027 school year to ensure continuity and a smooth transition.
