JOB SUMMARY:Under the direction of the Superintendent and the CEO, the Dean of Students is responsible for supporting a safe, orderly, and positive learning environment for all students. The Dean of Students works closely with teachers, staff, students, and families to promote positive student behavior, address disciplinary matters, and support student success. The Dean of Students assists with implementing school policies, supervising student conduct, and fostering a school culture aligned with the mission and values of Noble Academy. The Dean of Students will follow the same work schedule and contract days as teaching staff unless otherwise directed by the Superintendent or CEO.
QUALIFICATIONS:
•Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred• Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field preferred• Valid Minnesota teaching license preferred• Minnesota K - 12 administrative license preferred but not required• Experience working with students in a school setting required• Experience working in a charter school district preferred• Strong knowledge of student behavior management practices and restorative approaches preferred
PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:• Supports the development and maintenance of a safe and positive school climate.• Assists with implementing and enforcing school policies, procedures, and student code of conduct.• Addresses student disciplinary matters and works collaboratively with staff to resolve behavioral concerns.• Communicates with parents/guardians regarding student behavior, expectations, and disciplinary actions when necessary.• Assists with supervising student arrival, dismissal, hallways, lunch periods, and other common areas as needed.• Supports teachers and staff with classroom management strategies and behavioral interventions.• Maintains accurate documentation and records related to student discipline and behavioral incidents.• Assists with coordinating student support services and referrals when appropriate.• Participates in student attendance monitoring and intervention strategies to improve attendance.• Works closely and collaborates with teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment.• Encourages the use of community resources and maintains communication with families and community members.• Performs other comparable duties of a like or similar nature as assigned by the Superintendent and/or CEO.

HR/ACCOUNTING ASSISTANTNoble Academy, District 4171Job Description
GENERAL PURPOSE:To assist the Human Resources Director and the Business Director with administering, coordinating, and maintaining a comprehensive human resources function, such as employee relations, employee benefits, classification and compensation, supervise records of staff, accounts payable and payroll functions.
QUALIFICATIONS:• Associate's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in human resources, business administration, public administration or a field related to the area of assignment.• May substitute a combination of equivalent education and experience.
PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:• Compiles paper and electronic employment records, including possibly interviews and selects job applicants, trains, and establishes and evaluates appropriate performance standards in accordance with department objectives. • Monitors staff records, including personal and health benefit files. • Assists in creating job descriptions.• Conducts reference checks, provides new staff with necessary employment documentation/screens. • Records and maintains employee complaints, disciplinary actions and grievances.• Compiles detailed and accurate records of all activities; produce reports as requested.• Establishes an effective working relationships with agencies partnered with the school, including prospective vendors/agencies. • Answers and transfers incoming calls; taking messages in a professional manner.• Supports student/staff management software (Skyward) implementation • Collaborates with teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment.• Supports payroll specialist and benefits administrator with inquiries, changes, and programs.• Supports other office staff with additional duties as needed.• Supports the Human Resources Director with state reporting as needed. • May assist with the coordination of school tours.• Supports the accounting department with accounts payable• Follows other duties as assigned by the HR Director, Business Director Superintendent and/or CEO

GENERAL PURPOSE:
To design, develop, and maintain Noble Academy's website and digital presence to ensure clear communication, brand consistency, and an engaging user experience for students, families, staff, and the community. The Web Designer supports school leadership by managing digital content, improving site functionality, and ensuring accessibility and compliance with applicable standards.
• Associate's degree from an accredited college or university in web design, graphic design, computer science, marketing, communications, or a related field.• May substitute a combination of equivalent education and experience.• Experience designing and maintaining websites, preferably in an educational or nonprofit setting.• Knowledge of website accessibility standards and best practices preferred.
PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
