The Oklahoma State School Boards Association Hiring Consortium was formed to offer candidates a single place to view and apply for positions in multiple OSSBA Member districts, statewide. The consortium consists of two groups of Member districts:

• Those districts who participate on a “job postings only” basis (applicants must contact the district directly to apply)

• Those districts who also post openings, but additionally allow applicants to use this online system to complete a secure profile, apply online for multiple positions, and utilize AppliTrack Recruiting to upload all applicant materials (resumes, transcript copies, reference letters, etc).

Districts which provide both job postings AND completion of the online application, will show an “Apply” button on their postings.

Your application materials will be retained in active status for one school year from your most recent login activity. Making application for multiple position types, and/or multiple districts, may require completion of some questions or statements unique to a district or unique to a type of position.
