    TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:      210 Days
    REPORTS TO:                           Chief Operations Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer
    QUALIFICATIONS:                 Must hold high school or high school equivalent diploma
                                                    Must be proficient in typing and use of technology
                                                    Must have general knowledge of Word and Excel 
                                                    Must have knowledge of basic office procedures and operations of common office equipment and machines
                                                    Prefer three years’ experience as a secretary
                                                    Prefer bookkeeping experience
                                                    Performance of this job will be evaluated annually in accordance with provisions of the Board’s policy on evaluation                 
    • Performs a variety of duties to support supervisory and administrative personnel in handling daily activities and basic office procedures
    • Composes and types routine correspondence and email
    • Answers phone, greets visitors, ascertains nature of business, and directs to appropriate person
    • Interacts with general public, staff members, and vendors, displaying appropriate tact and judgment
    • Operates standard office equipment such as computers, calculators, copiers, fax machines, scanners, etc.
    • Maintains files, correspondence, bids, and other documentation for Operations and Human Resources
    • Manages the card access security system
    • Develops and utilizes a knowledge of Operations and Human Resources to enhance the efficiency of the departments
    • Maintains confidential in dealing with Operations and Human Resources
    • Assists other Operations and Human Resources personnel in completing day-to-day activities and task as needed
    • Ensures adherence to good safety procedures
    • Follows federal and state laws, as well as Board policies
    • Performs other duties as assigned
