Teacher Job Description Under the general supervision of the Director of Special Programs, to assist students, parents, teachers, and administrative staff in empowering students to derive the fullest and most positive educational experience from school by promoting and building self-esteem and resilience, and by providing suggested methods and plans for overcoming any psychological, behavioral, or academic problems that may prevent or interfere with the fullest and most positive educational experience. Education Required: Masters Degree in Psychology Preferred: Ed. S or Ph.D. in Psychology preferred.
