Under the direction of Food Services Director, the Kitchen Manager is responsible to ensure efficient and safe operation of the lunchroom in a particular school.
Receives direct supervision from the Food Services Director. May receive direction from the building principal.

Under the direction of the Kitchen Manager, the Cook prepares, serves and cleans up after meals at designated schools.
Receives direct supervision from Kitchen Manager and FNS Crew Leader
Travel to schools district wide to support kitchen staff and meal services
Prepares, cooks and serves menu items as planned and directed by the Manager; follows prescribed standardized recipes.

Bus route drivers for the Roaring Fork School District are a vital part of the students day and education. Drivers have the opportunity to set the tone for the students' day and educational experience. Students rely on their driver to get them to school and back home everyday and they often know each other by name, develop strong relationships, and stay in touch well beyond the bus route.

SUMMARY: This position is a limited duration training position in which the applicant is taught the knowledge and skills necessary to become a district Bus Driver. Upon successful completion of training the applicant has the opportunity to become qualified for and be promoted to a Bus Driver position. After successful completion of the training, applicants will know how to transport, safely and expediently, students to and from home and between schools. Training schedule is dependent upon the applicant's skills, knowledge and application of learned materials and usually requires 40 to 60 hours to complete. A transportation paraprofessional assists with the physical and medical needs of students aboard their school bus. This may include loading and unloading students in wheelchairs via the hydraulic lift; moving and positioning wheelchairs within the bus; and/or securing the wheelchairs to the bus. It may also include positioning or repositioning students in their school bus seats and properly securing them in their safety restraint systems. Other duties could include assisting students walking up and down the bus stairs, opening and closing bus windows and doors and cleaning the bus. Occasionally the paraprofessional may carry or move student backpacks or other equipment. If the transportation paraprofessional is unable to fulfill these duties, they can simply provide ride-along support and engage the bus driver for further assistance as needed.
