We Need Bus Drivers!
Bus drivers for the Roaring Fork School District are a vital part of the students day and education. Drivers have the opportunity to set the tone for the students day and educational experience. Students rely on their driver to get them to school and back home everyday and they often know each other by name, develop strong relationships, and stay in touch well beyond the bus route.
Bus drivers have flexible schedules, with the opportunity for driving time for activity trips throughout the year in addition to their regular routes. Bus drivers are a part of a unique, active and close team; both with the other drivers and with the transportation community throughout the state. Drivers constantly look out for each other regarding road conditions, traffic accidents and student issues to make everyone’s day safer.
