Qualifications:
Master's degree in Educational Administration
Licensure as a Minnesota School Principal
Considerable overall teaching and administrative experience at the elementary school level, of which at least four years were serving in an administrative capacity.
Demonstrated competence in dealing with complex problems of an administrative nature, particularly those that may be unique to a public elementary school setting.
Knowledge of current issues and challenges impacting public education, with an emphasis on effective educational administration, and how current professional thinking and best practice research address the issues and help meet the challenges.

The Richfield Public School District has an opening for the High School Summer Program Site Coordinator. The Site Coordinator leads and supports both the Credit Recovery and Spartan Camp Programs. The position responsibilities include planning student schedules, professional development, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the High School Summer Programs. The Spartan Camp Program serves students who are currently in grade 8 (rising 9 grade) as a bridging opportunity. The Credit Recovery program serves current high school students. Both programs will be located at Richfield High School (RHS) and will be in session from 9:00-1:00; Monday through Thursday. Site coordinator hours are 8:30-1:30.
