The Richfield Public School is currently accepting applications for a part-time Aquatic Program Lead at the Richfield Middle School. This position will recruit, schedule, and supervise lifeguards and swim instructors in the execution of the Richfield Olympic Style Swim curriculum. The Aquatic Program Lead must be an energetic, dedicated and motivated individual who assists in the daily direction and administration of Swim Lesson programs. The Richfield Public School District is now accepting applications for a part-time Districtwide Substitute Kitchen Assistant for the 2025-2026 school year. Under the direction of the Supervisor of Food Services and Kitchen Production Manager, the Kitchen Assistant will perform a variety of duties including preparation, meal serving and clean up as directed in a manner that contributes to the safe and efficient operation at the kitchen site as well as complying with guidelines set by the National School Meal programs.

The Richfield Public School District is now accepting applications for a part-time Elementary Specialist Teacher (.5 FTE) at Richfield Dual Language Elementary School, working with students in grades K-5 for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year. K-5 Specialist Teachers are responsible for developing and teaching content based on an agreed upon topic and Minnesota academic standards. Specialist Teachers create and implement projects that connect to grade-level learning through collaboration with classroom teachers. This position requires passing a mandatory 90-minute online training course (access to a personal computer required to complete). A background check will also be conducted.
Physical requirements: All crossing guards are required to be able to guide students from one location to another, typically across the street, for at least one hour at a time. All applicants must be able to work outside including during inclement weather.
