Rochester Public Schools is seeking a visionary and strategic Director of Facilities to lead and manage operations across 34 buildings and two land parcels. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and sustainable facilities that support the district’s educational mission.
The Director will oversee multiple divisions—Construction & Repairs, Grounds & Trucking, Health & Safety, and Cleaning—and lead a team of over 145 staff. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, operational leadership, and strong interpersonal skills.
