The coach will assist in providing leadership, supervision, and instruction for 7th and 8th grade baseball student-athletes. Responsibilities include supporting player development, promoting sportsmanship, ensuring student safety, and helping create a positive and inclusive team environment.

JH Softball Coach - 2026 SeasonThis position will be responsible for providing leadership, supervision, and coaching instruction for our high school softball program including working with our Varsity head coach and our JV coach. Qualifications include the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, demonstrate professionalism, foster a positive environment, and have working knowledge of program regulations. Speed and Strength Instructor – Summer 2027 We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speed and Strength Coach to lead anddevelop our RCHS Community Education Speed and Strength program.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for training young athletes of varying skill levels,developing effective year around plans, and instilling discipline and teamwork. Keyduties include teaching lifting techniques, preparing athletes for competitions, andensuring a safe and motivating environment. Strong leadership, communication skills,and a passion for mentoring athletes are essential. Previous coaching experience and adeep understanding of weight and speed training are preferred.
This position will begin immediately and will run programming through August 2027.Rate of pay $30.00 per hour.
