Carl J. Lamb Elementary School is a public elementary school located in Springvale, Maine. Founded in 1990, we have been a cornerstone of the Sanford School Department community for 35 years. We proudly serve approximately 400 students from Pre-K through 4th grade, and our dedicated team of teachers and support staff work together to ensure high expectations for every learner.

Physical Requirements
Sanford's Bridge program is an off site program, within the school department, that supports students who require a more restrictive setting to make educational progress. The program services two populations of students; students an IEP who require more a structured and restrictve setting with additonal therapuetic supports as well as students who are expelled and require services to complete their re-entry plans. We are searching for an indivdual who demostrates flexibility, patience and creativity. Additionally, we are looking for someone who has the ability to work within a multisystemic team and demonstrates effective communiction skills. This position is for an elementary classroom within the Bridge program. B. Ed. Tech II 1. Qualifications:

Ed. Tech III — Welding and Metal Fabrication Program Sanford Regional Technical Center | Sanford, Maine
The Sanford Regional Technical Center (SRTC) in Sanford, Maine is seeking to hire a dynamic and flexible individual to serve as an Ed. Tech III for our well-established Welding and Metal Fabrication Program. This unique opportunity is a full-time position that will begin the end of August 2026 for the 26-27 School year. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of welding, metal fabrication, or a related trade and will be able to work effectively with high school students in an active shop environment. They will work collaboratively with the instructor to create a safe, organized learning environment that encourages student engagement, while supporting delivery of the program's curriculum to prepare students for post-secondary employment or further education in the welding and fabrication field. The successful candidate will possess a desire to work with young people and contribute positively to the broader SRTC team. This role is student-facing and relationship-centered, with a strong emphasis on direct support, advocacy, and coordination. The Margaret Chase Smith Elementary School has an anticipated opening for an experienced Special Educator to temporarily serve in the role of IEP Coordinator. The ideal candidate would have several years of experience in Special Education and a strong understanding of Special Education regulations for the State of Maine. Responsibilities include scheduling and serving as administrative designee at all lEP meetings for grades PK-4. The IEP Coordinator also works closely with Special Education teachers on lEP development/data collection and reviews all IEPs for final approval and leads professional development for IEP related tasks. The ideal candidate would also work collaboratively with the Special Ed and building administration and supporting in various meetings as appropriate. Effective communication and collaboration skills are a requirement. This is a one year position with 5 days before school starts and 5 days after school ends to prepare and finalize paperwork.
