Flossmoor School District 161 is seeking an educator for the 2026-27 school year to join an exceptional staff at Parker Junior High as an English/Language Arts teacher! Our current ELA department at Parker Junior High School is comprised of nine teachers with wide ranging experiences. Qualifications for the position include a Bachelor's degree or a Master's degree in Education with prior teaching experience in English/Language Arts in Grades 6-8 within the last ten (10) years or have taken a coursework, seminars or workshops relevant to English/Language Arts – Grades 6-8 education in the last two (2) years.
