Provide leadership for human resource activities to ensure high quality staffing and retention of district personnel. Recommend and implement legally sound and effective human resource programs to include records management, wage and salary administration, leave administration, risk management, employee relations, and benefits. Oversee the day-to-day operation of the human resources department. Assist in the administration of District personnel matters.
Responsible for the maintenance and repair of, but not limited to, single ply, metal, modified and built-up roofs by covering roofs of structures with shingles, slate, asphalt, aluminum, wood, spraying roofs, sidings and walls with material to bind, seal, insulate or soundproof sections of structures.
