This posting is for a full-time MDS - Multiple Disabilities Support Teacher at Shrewsbury Elementary School for the 2026-2027 school year. This position requires PA Certification in Special Education PK-12, or Special Education PK-8, or 7-12. A background working with MDS is highly desirable. The salary for this position is dependent upon experience. The starting salary for a first year educator is $66,000 plus an additional special education stipend of $500. The Act allows students enrolled in an accredited Pennsylvania college or university who are currently pursuing teacher certification to participate in a program that would allow them to substitute teach once they have earned 60 credit hours.
