    We are accepting applications for the following position:
    Administrative Assistant
    • Fort Dodge Senior High School.
    • Dynamic and energetic individual with a desire to make a difference in the lives of students. 
    • Strong communication skills and a willingness to work in a collaborative team environment. 
    • Experience working in a customer service capacity. 
    • Use of technology including word processing, mail merge, and data management software. 
    • Keyboarding 50 net wpm.
    • Organizational, planning and time management process/procedures/tools skills a must.
    • 8 hours per day, hours 8:00 – 4:30 with 30-minute duty-free lunch.
    • Based on 10-month contract.
    • Start Date: Immediate
    • High School Diploma required, experience equal to 3 years of full-time work in a secretarial position preferred, a satisfactory pre-employment skills assessment is required for outside applicants.
