The Howard-Winneshiek Community School District is looking for a highly motivated teaching professional to apply for a High School English Teacher position for the 2018-2019 school year at Crestwood High School. Applicants must be certified to teach in Iowa, a “5-12 English/Language Arts” endorsement is required for this position. A “5-12 Speech/Communications” and / or "Journalism" endorsement is desired, but not required.
The ideal applicant will be a subject matter expert in the teaching area, able to differentiate instruction, able to openly and honestly collaborate with peers, able to systemically embed technology to enhance opportunities for learning, and committed to maximizing the learning potential of all students.

IKM-Manning High School has an anticipated opening for a high school English teacher with excellent instructional skills. There is strong support and mentoring for the right candidate. Candidtes should possess or be able to get a 5-12 English/Language Arts endorsement. Extracurricular assignments are available but not required with this position. IKM-Manning High School is located in Manning, a thriving community of 1450 located in Carroll County. Manning has health-related services, a childcare facility, a recreation center with indoor pool, parks, five churches, and a vibrant Main Street all adding to the quality of life offered by the community.
