- Counseling endorsement required
- Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
- Master's degree and 3 to 5 years of experience preferred.
- Experience working with children and parents of diverse needs.
- Ability to establish and nurture positive and supportive relationships with staff.
- Ability to discover and develop special abilities of students.
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, staff, and community regarding guidance/counseling programming
