Job Position Title: Administrative Secretary
Primary Role: Data Secretary
Supervisor: Curriculum Director and Transportation Director
Status: Classified Employee
Job Goal: To provide secretarial support to the district and other departments within the central office in a professional and efficient manner.

Technological Literacy: ability to learn multiple new systems
Collaboration: work and communicate with a team to meet deadlines and accomplish systems improvements
Accountability/Productivity: deadlines, detail, data accuracy, procedure accuracy
Communication-verbal and written
Excellent Problem Solving
High school diploma or equivalent
Associate's degree preferred
Additional computer, software, or technological training preferred
Two years experience in a related field preferred
Demonstrate a positive attitude towards clientele
Develop extensive knowledge of the organization, operations, programs, and goals of the District as they align with record keeping
Maintain and report district data: BEDs, SRI, OCR, Certified Enrollment reporting
System Administrator for district SIS, Infinite Campus
Integrate special programming details into SIS: 504, IEP, TAG, supplemental weighting, staff FTE
DE system administrator: Iowa ID
Maintain parent portal sign up and settings
Security badge construction/maintenance for all staff
File uploads for district wide standardized testing: Iowa Assessments, MAP, provision of rosters for additional building-level programs: OLSAT, IXL, etc.
Fluency with individual transportation routes and software
Communication with families, drivers, and buildings in a timely manner before, during, and after routes (dispatch)
Collaboration with technology department relating to: SIS, LMS, and integration solutions (e.g. Clever).
Collaboration with food service and accounting as needed to integrate information.
