Two years of experience in HRIS data reporting, business reporting, and/or systems analysis or data management.
Expert knowledge and ability to use Microsoft applications including word processing, database, and spreadsheet programs.
Knowledge of K-12 solutions and system tools including working knowledge of Infinite Visions, Aesop, Synergy, TimeClock Plus, Applitrack, etc.
Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field. Experience with Infinite Visions software. Three or more years of experience in Benefits Administration or other insurance related field. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS AFTER HIRE FBI fingerprint background check (at employee’s expense). Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization.
